The Rams struggled to find points in the loss as shooting woes plagued the team in the game.
PETERSBURG, VA – The Winston-Salem State Rams (20-7) began their quest for the 2017 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Volleyball Championship in impressive fashion as the team took a three-set win over the Virginia Union Panthers (15-11). Colon continued with his torrid pace and averaged 21.5 points in the Rams 1-1 week. His top performance came against Shaw where he scored 26 points in the Rams road loss.
