Personal: William will join the Rams basketball program in the fall of 2010 where he is a talented member of a strong class of newcomers to the team...He is a 2010 graduate of Ronald Reagan High School where he earned numerous honors...He was a four-time all-conference honoree and earned All-Triad honors three times...He also earned All-County honors three times and was named to the All-Northwest team twice...He was also named the Frank Spencer MVP...He is a Physical Therapy major and the son of William and Brenda Peay.
