WINSTON-SALEM, NC - The Winston-Salem State University Rams dropped their second consecutive game on Tuesday evening at the Joel Coliseum Annex as Fayetteville State was too much for WSSU as the Broncos earned an 82-75 CIAA league victory to drop WSSU to 12-7 overall (6-4 CIAA, 2-2 CIAA West).
The first half saw the Rams trail by as many as nine points before a late WSSU run cut the halftime deficit to only two points on a Corey Parker coast-to-coast lay-up as time expired in the first half.
The Broncos came out of the locker room in the second half and did seemingly everything right en route to the win.
