Manic Mondays

Tough Time In Baltimore

Since the Rams' transition to Division I, WSSU has dropped four straight games in the "Charm City".  WSSU has dropped two straight games to Morgan State and dropped two straight contests at Coppin State with all four contests being played in Baltimore, MD.

Cold Shooting

The Rams shot 26.3 percent from the field and have now shot below 30 percent from the field for the third straight game.

Winless On The Road

The Rams fall to 0-9 on the road overall in 2007-08 after their loss at Coppin State.  WSSU has not won on the road since January 27, 2007 when they earned a 56-48 victory over Bethune-Cookman.

Next Up

Following the Rams' game versus Coppin State the Rams will stay on the road for next weekend's games as they face Howard University on Saturday, Feb. 16 in Washington, D.C. and face Hampton University on Monday, Feb. 18 in Hampton, VA.

Not Road Warriors

The Rams have yet to post a win on the road in 2007-08.  WSSU has dropped all nine contests on the road this season and the closest WSSU has come to posting a road win is a neutral site win over Lipscomb (68-58 from the American Family Insurance Cyclone Classic held at Iowa State on Nov. 10). WSSU will look for its first road win on Saturday when it faces Howard.

Lineup Shake-Up

WSSU head coach Bobby Collins has used 10 different starting lineups this season with only one Ram, Darrell Wonge, starting every contest.  Senior Roy Peake has started 20 of 22 games and Brian Fisher has started 17 of 22 games.
