Four players scored in double figures for the Irish (5-1). Russell Carter and Kyle McAlarney each scored 10 as Notre Dame won its fourth straight game.
The Irish, who travel to play back-to-back games against Top 25 teams in the next week (No. 23 Maryland on Sunday and host No. 6 Alabama on Dec. 7), shot a blistering 57 percent from the field.
Falls hit three 3-point shots and became the 45th player in Notre Dame history to score 1,000 points.
Lowen Wray scored 12 points and Jamal Durham added 10 to lead the Rams, who played their sixth game in 13 days and are in their second year of a five-year transition to the Division I level from Division II where they spent 61 years.
"They did a very good job of executing. They turned a lot of our turnovers into points and I thought that played a major role. They are a very, very talented basketball team and they wore us down. They did what they were supposed to do and earned a win" WSSU head coach Bobby Collins said in post game interviews.
The Rams fall to 1-9 overall with the loss while Notre Dame moves to 5-1 with the win.
