CHARLOTTE, NC - The third-seeded Winston-Salem State University men's basketball team will face the CIAA East's #6 seeded Tigers of Saint Paul's College in first-round CIAA men's basketball tournament action at 7:00 pm on March 1, 2006 at the Charlotte Bobcats Arena in Charlotte, NC.
The Rams will take their 18-9 overall record (10-5 CIAA) versus the lower-seeded Tigers and their 11-16 mark (3-12 CIAA).
The two teams met only once during the regular season in an inter-division match-up which Winston-Salem State won by the score of 88-76 in Winston-Salem, NC on January 21, 2006.
