Winston-Salem, NC - Winston-Salem State University men's basketball players Audly Wehner (Fayetteville, NC) and Alleggrie Guinn (Charlotte, NC) have been named to the North Carolina Collegiate Sports Information Association (NCCSIA) All-State Men's Basketball Team for their accomplishments during the 2004-05 season as chosen by Sports Information Directors from the State of North Carolina.

The forward and guard combination of Wehner and Guinn helped to lead the Rams to a 22-8 overall record in 2004-05 en route to the Rams' first CIAA Western Division regular-season title since the 1999-2000 season. Behind the leadership of Wehner and Guinn, the Rams also returned to the NCAA Division II National Playoffs for the first time in three seasons marking the Rams' fifth appearance in the tournament over the last eight seasons.

Guinn, a junior guard from Charlotte, NC appeared in, and started, all 30 games for the Rams as he averaged 15.6 points and 4.1 rebounds per game in 2004-05. Amongst his numerous accomplishments, he was second on the team in scoring in wins over then-#1 Virginia Union and then-#13 Bowie State. He ranked 5th in the CIAA in scoring, 11th in the CIAA in free-throw percentage, 1st in the CIAA in FG%, and 19th in the CIAA in steals per game en route to a First-Team All-CIAA Selection.
