The Rams and Lady Rams will play a total of 17 home games in 2009-10 with every game being played at the C.E. Gaines Center with the exception of the men’s and women’s game against North Carolina A&T which will be held at the LJVM Coliseum.
“The 2009-10 home schedule is one that we are certain our fans will enjoy. We have moved the games back to the C.E. Gaines Center where our fans give us what we feel is a true home court advantage. We are looking forward to packing the Gaines Center to cheer for our men’s and women’s basketball teams” Walker commented.
WSSU fans can purchase reserved seat season tickets for $85 which guarantees them tickets to all 17 WSSU home games (both men’s and women’s games), including the rivalry game between WSSU and North Carolina A&T and guarantees that fans will have a seat at the game regardless of when the contest sells out.
All proceeds from the sale of reserved season ticket packages will directly benefit the WSSU Athletic Department general scholarship fund.
As well, the first 145 fans that purchase a reserved season ticket for 2009-10 WSSU basketball will receive coupons for a free McDonald’s Happy Meal and a free McCafe.
Fans wishing to purchase individual game tickets will have two options as Ram fans can purchase both reserved seating and general admission seating on a game-by-game basis. Single-game reserved seating is available for $15 each and single-game general admission seats are available for $12 each for all games except when the Rams and Lady Rams take on North Carolina A&T at the LJVM Coliseum on Jan. 25.
