The all-time series between the Rams and Wildcats moves to 3-1 in favor of the Rams (WSSU won in 1995, 1996, 2003 and the Wildcats won in 2004).

Kermit Blount's all-time mark at WSSU is 67-49-3

WSSU is still ranked 77th in the Massey Power Polls of Division II NCAA Football

Brandon Hussey turned in a spectacular 258 yard total offense production after catching 11 balls for 106 yards and earning the rest in kick and punt returns. For his efforts he was named the CIAA's receiver of the week

The Rams went a perfect 3-for-3 on fourth down versus Carson-Newman but went 1-for-3 versus Ft. Valley State
