WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - On Saturday, Nov. 7 the Winston-Salem State University football team will play host to Delaware State University at Bowman Gray Stadium at 1:00 p.m. The Rams will also open their hearts and doors to members of the Winston-Salem Rescue Mission as the WSSU football team invites the WSRM to join them for their pre-game meal and also extends a special invitation to take in the action on the gridiron when the Rams battle the Hornets later that evening. WSSU Football Looks To Bounce Back; Hosts Delaware State On Saturday

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The Rams return to action on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. as they welcome the Hornets of Delaware State University to Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, N.C. for their second of three consecutive home games as the two teams meet for the ninth time in the history of the two programs. The 1-7 Rams look to snap a home losing streak that was pushed to five games following last Saturday's heartbreaking 16-13 overtime loss to Hampton on Homecoming. Story.

Hampton Steals Halloween Homecoming From WSSU 16-13 In Overtime

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Hampton Pirates erased a 10-point deficit in the final 5:23 of the fourth quarter and used a Steve Robinson 11-yard touchdown run in overtime to steal a 16-13 overtime victory away from the Rams in Winston-Salem State University's Homecoming on Saturday afternoon at Bowman Gray Stadium.
