Final Stats

TALLAHASSEE, FL - The Winston-Salem State University men's golf team sits in fifth place after the first day of competition from the Florida A&M University golf classic from Killearn Country Club in Tallahassee, Florida as the Rams fired a first-round aggregate team total of 373.

The Rams were led by Joshua Vogler who shot a first-round 74 , finishing second overall following the completion of the first round.

Vogler was joined by Jerell Fields who tallied an 87 and Steven Mason who shot a 91 as three WSSU golfers broke the 100 barrier.

The Rams trail South Carolina State (373), Savannah State (317), Morehouse (317) and host-team Florida A&M (304) following day-one action.

WSSU returns to action on Friday morning as they compete in second-day action from Killearn Country Club.
