WSSU Men's Golf Defeats Johnson C. Smith University 330-382 - WINSTON-SALEM STATE OFFICIAL ATHLETIC SITE

WINSTON-SALEM, NC - The Winston-Salem State University Men's Golf team defeated the Golden Bulls of Johnson C. Smith University on Friday afternoon at the Winston-Lake Golf Course by the score of 382-330.

The Rams were led by Joshua Vogler who fired a low score of 73. He was joined by three other Rams in the 80's as Lance Holmes turned in an 81, and Ernest Timmons and Josh Sherrill fired 88's to help lead the Rams to a win.

The Golden Bulls were led by E. Udo who recorded a team-low round of 77 in the loss.

The Rams return to action on Sunday April 9, 2006 and Monday April 10, 2006 as they travel to Richmond, VA to compete in the CIAA Eastern Division Golf Challenge.
