ATLANTA, GA - After 18 holes at the Hall of Fame Black College Golf Tournament in Atlanta, GA, the Rams of Winston-Salem State University sit in 15th position following a combined team total of 331 from Brown's Mill Golf Club.
The Rams continue to improve as they turned in an aggregate total of 331 behind Shelton Davis' team-leading 79 on the day.
Davis was joined by Jerell Field's round of 83, Steven Mason's 84 and Zachary Yelder's round of 85 en route to a 15th place finish after day one.
WSSU returns to action on Friday at 10:00 am as they play the final 18 holes of the tournament.
