Men's Golf Takes To The Course At Bethune-Cookman College Wildcat Invitational

Feb. 24, 2007

DAYTONA BEACH, FL - The Winston-Salem State University men's golf team returns to action on Saturday, February 24, 2007 as they compete in the Bethune-Cookman College Wildcat Golf Invitational from Indigo Lakes Country Club in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The Rams, who have enjoyed a three-month layoff since their last competitive action, will square off in a tournament featuring notable Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference competition as Bethune-Cookman, Florida A&M, and South Carolina State highlight the MEAC field.

As well, the Rams face non-MEAC teams in Alabama A&M and Stetson University in addition to a host of the nation's top men's golf programs.

Competition in the two-day event begins Monday afternoon and continues throughout the day on Sunday afternoon.
