UNC-Greensboro Breezes By WSSU Men's Tennis 7-0 - WINSTON-SALEM STATE OFFICIAL ATHLETIC SITE

GREENSBORO, NC -- Four Spartans earned 6-0 straight-set sweeps as UNC Greensboro picked up its second-straight win in a 7-0 shutout of visiting Winston-Salem State on Saturday afternoon at the UNCG Tennis Complex.

Ian Conchar, William John, Jason Steinhorn and Taylor Befus each won all 12 games played on Saturday to claim singles victories. Martin Redelinghuys and William Adeimy also earned straight-set victories for the Spartans (2-2) as they cruised by the Rams.

UNCG also claimed all three doubles pro-sets. Befus and Steinhorn swept through to an 8-0 win at No. 2 doubles.

WSSU has seven days off before they travel to Conway, SC for a February 10 match versus Coastal Carolina University, which begins at 3:30 pm.
