Charlotte, NC - The trip to Charlotte, NC to face the Johnson C. Smith Golden Bulls, a perennial CIAA power, is always a rough one. However, when you have lost six straight matches, it is a much tougher one. The Rams traveled to Charlotte hoping to pull off an upset on the same day as the opening round of the NCAA men's basketball tournament, a day that is famous for upsets. However, it was not meant to be as the Rams fell in defeat by the score of 9-0.

The Rams, who fall to 0-7 on the season, face those same Golden Bulls in another CIAA league match at the completion of the first of two women's matches.
