Final Stats

WINSTON-SALEM, NC - The Winston-Salem State University men's tennis team fell in defeat to the University of North Carolina at Asheville Bulldogs on Sunday afternoon at the WSSU Tennis Complex by the score of 7-0 to fall to 1-11 on the season.

The Rams fell in defeat in the all six singles matches that were contested, and UNC-Asheville captured the doubles point as they swept all three doubles matches en route to the victory.

The defeat drops the Rams to 1-11 overall on the season as UNC-Asheville earns their first win of the year en route to improving to 1-6 overall.

The WSSU men's tennis team returns to action on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at 2:00 pm when they take to the court in Norfolk, Virginia as they face the Spartans of Norfolk State University.
