The Rams' most impressive performance of the day came at first singles where Brian Coxton gave UNCG ace Andrey Bubnov all he could handle in a 6-2, 6-1 loss.
"Brian played very well and continues to impress every opponent and opposing coaching staff. He has truly solidified his position at number one singles and is displaying great tennis acumen. He will continue to improve and will make a name for himself in collegiate tennis" WSSU head tennis coach Charlie Schoderbek commented.
WSSU falls to 1-21 overall with the loss as the Rams are mired in an eleven-game losing streak.
