WSSU Men's Tennis Versus Morehouse Cancelled; Rams Finish Season 1-22

Rams close out season with one win; Two players earn three singles wins

ATLANTA, GA - Winston-Salem State University head men's tennis coach Charlie Schoderbek announced on Sunday evening that the Rams' tennis match versus Morehouse College has been cancelled.

 

Schoderbek's Rams, who were scheduled to face Morehouse on Sunday afternoon in Atlanta, Georgia will not make up the match and close the season with a 1-22 overall record.

 

WSSU's lone win of the season came versus Guilford College on February 29 at the WSSU Tennis Complex in Winston-Salem, NC when the Rams defeated the Quakers 4-3.

 

The Rams close the season led by Brian Coxton and Ian Hunter who each recorded three singles victories in 2008.
