Personal: The 2006-07 season will mark Crowell's second year as a member of the WSSU men's track and field team where he will compete in the 100 meters, 200 meters and 4x100 meter relay. A native of Winston-Salem, NC, he is a 2005 graduate of Mount Tabor High School. The son of Wayne, Sr. and Tonette Crowell, he is a Physical Education major at WSSU. Born in Winston-Salem, NC on November 17, 1985. Turned in personal bests of 10.87 seconds in the 100 meters at the AAU National Track Meet; 22.5 seconds in the 200 meters at the AAU National Track Meet and 40.93 in the 4x100 meter relay at the Junior Olympics. A member of the Winston-Salem Elite Track Club.
