Personal: Marquise will join the Rams' cross country and track & field teams in the fall of 2009 and will be one of many talented newcomers to the team this fall...He will join WSSU after a great high school career at Williamston High School where he earned numerous honors...He earned all-conference honors in the 4x200m relays and 300m hurdles...He also earned the 1A Eastern Regional Championship and was named 1A Eastern Regional MVP in 2009...He was also named team MVP for his efforts as well...He is an Art major and the son of Troy Staton and Janel Edwards.
