Kristina Baugh returns to the Lady Rams program for her second season with WSSU. She is an enthusiastic leader that contributes much to the development of Lady Rams basketball. In joining the Lady Rams' coaching staff in the fall of 2007, Baugh brought wealth of knowledge and energy to the program and will look to help guide the Lady Rams as they continue on the NCAA Division I level of play.

During her career at Winston-Salem State, Baugh has been a key leader in the development of the WSSU guards and has been a key part of the team's recruiting efforts.

Baugh is no stranger to the game of basketball, playing four seasons at the Big East's Providence College. During her career, Baugh was one of the most consistent players in the Friars program playing at least 26 games in each of her four seasons. Leading the team by example, Baugh's efforts and abilities led to her being named team captain and leading the team to one of the most impressive turnarounds leading to an improvement of seven more wins during her senior season. Her favorite opponent turned out to be the Miami Hurricanes as she recorded a career-high five steals in 2004 followed by dishing out a career-high eight assists against the team later that season.

She is a 2007 graduate of Providence College with a Bachelor of Science degree in History.
