2007-08: Nikki Kee had a great freshman season and came to be one of the team's top performers...She finished the season as one of the team's leading defenders, leading the team with 42 steals...She played in all 28 games with 15 starts...She gave the team a solid performance off the bench with 22 minutes of play against the Virginia Tech Hokies in the season opener...She had a solid effort against the #23 Auburn Tigers in the opening round of the Klosterman Buckeye Tournament hosted by Ohio State University...She finished the game with nine points, two steals, and five rebounds against the Tigers...Played 31 minutes in the loss...She earned her first career start one day later against the Colgate Raiders...Recorded two points, two rebounds, and one assist in 24 minutes of play...An injury slowed her play over the next few games as she was held scoreless in games against South Carolina State and at USC-Aiken...She returned to her strong play with 30 minutes of play against the Elon Phoenix and scored seven points with a pair of steals, two assists and four rebounds...She played 15 minutes at Johnson C. Smith with 12 points...The effort was the first of four games with double-digit scoring for the freshman...She added 11 points and five steals in her second collegiate start when against the crosstown-rival Wake Forest Demon Deacons...She scored 11 points against Alabama State in her third start shooting .417 from the field and adding three rebounds...She had her best offensive performance against Maryland-Eastern Shore with a career-high 15 points in the loss...She connected on three three-pointers in the loss and added four re¬bounds off the bench in 30 minutes of play...She played 29 minutes against Delaware State, but recorded just one field goal...She was one of two Lady Rams to play all 40 min¬utes in a win over Howard and recorded eight points and five rebounds in the win...She played 24 minutes against Hampton with just two points and two rebounds...Scored nine points off the bench against the rival North Carolina A&T Lady Aggies and recorded her first career blocked shot...She came off the bench for a solid performance against Norfolk State with five points, but was hampered by foul troubles and limited to just 14 minutes of play in the loss...She continued to give the team on offen¬sive spark off the bench scoring five points in 16 minutes against Florida A&M...Was limited by foul troubles with just 17 minutes of play against Bethune-Cookman...Scored four points with four fouls in the game...She came off the bench at Morgan State to record two points and four rebounds in 30 minutes of play...She made her return to the starting line-up for a breakout performance at Coppin State with 12 points in the game, including hitting 8-of-11 free throws in the game...She added one rebound and three steals in the loss....She played 27 minutes against the Longwood Lancers in the Lady Rams' "Think Pink" game, but was sidelined by foul troubles for most of the game...She scored seven points with five rebounds, two assists, and a pair of steals in the game...She struggled at Howard with just four points and three rebounds in 11 minutes of play...She rebounded with a solid performance at Hampton, playing 35 minutes with seven points, three rebounds, and two assists in the game...She scored nine points in a huge home game against North Carolina A&T and was 2-of-5 from the free throw line...She returned with four points and two rebounds in 18 minutes of play against the Norfolk State Lady Spartans...She scored nine points each in games at Florida A&M and at Bethune-Cookman....She ended the sea¬son with a great game at South Carolina State where she scored 12 points, four rebounds and two assists in the win...She also recorded a career-high five blocked shots in the game.

Personal: Nikki returns to the Lady Rams squad as a guard/forward that should help provide some quality depth to the WSSU squad...She is a native of nearby Greensboro, NC and a graduate of James B. Dudley High School...She earned All-Conference honors during her high school career...An Exercise Science/Physical Therapy major...She is the daughter of James and Talma Kee.
