2007-08: Played one season at Virginia State where she competed in both basketball and track & field...She played in 18 games for the Lady Trojans and finished with a 2.7 ppg average...She also pulled in 1.3 rebounds per game...She scored a career-high 12 points at St. Augustine's...She finished fourth in the high jump (1.53m) at the 2008 CIAA Track & Field Championships.

Personal: Taneisha will join the Lady Rams on the court this fall after sitting out last season...She is a talented athlete from Durham, North Carollina where she was a 2007 graduate of Southern High School where she was a talented athlete...She is a Nursing major and the daughter of James White, Jr. and Sherrica Cates.
