The Lady Rams will need a strong effort at both ends of the court as they will need to turn up their offensive efforts with the team averaging 45.5 points per game and they will also need to turn up their defensive efforts as they are allowing 66.1 points per game. Looking to lead the Lady Rams into Saturday's effort will be the scoring backcourt trio of guards Rene Rector, Corbin Bradford, and Nikki Kee. All three players have led the Lady Rams in scoring at least once this season and Kee remains the only member of the trio to not score at least 20 points in a game this season. However, Kee is the team leader in steals (28).
Across the court, the Lady Rams will look to contain one of the top offensive players in the conference when they face sophomore guard Corin Adams, the third leading scorer in the conference at 17.3 points per game. A member of the 2007 MEAC All-Rookie team, Adams is currently a strong candidate for post-season conference honors. She is joined by the `inside-outside' tandem of freshman guard Brittany Dodson and senior center Britney Griffin. Dodson is currently averaging 8.7 points per game while
