2004-05: The 2004-05 season will mark Suggs' third year as a member of the Lady Rams' bowling team and she will once again try to help the Lady Rams win an elusive CIAA bowling title...Will serve as WSSU's team captain for the 2004-05 season.
2003-04: The 2003-04 season marked the second consecutive year that Suggs has been a member of the WSSU women's bowling program...She has been a valuable asset in the Ram program as they have ascended to the top of the CIAA and are now one of the best programs in the conference...Finished ninth in the CIAA overall and second in the CIAA Western Division in bowling average with 158.9 pins per game...Named to the All-CIAA first team...Named Crown Trophy-WSSU Athlete of the Week twice...Helped lead the Lady Rams to an NCAA Women's Bowling Championship at-large bid...Appeared in the first-ever NCAA Women's Bowling National Championship in Houston, TX on April 9th, 10th, and 11th, 2004...Amassed a total pinfall of 1136 pins at the NCAA Championship, turning in an average of 162.28.
2002-03: The 2002-03 season marked the first season that Suggs was a member of the WSSU bowling team...One of the best bowlers on the Lady Rams' team and in the CIAA...Finished 17th in the CIAA in bowling average.
Personal: The daughter of Earl and Fannie Suggs...Born in Kinston, NC on April 16th, 1983...Majoring in finance here at WSSU...Graduated from Kinston High School in Kinston, NC in 2001...Nicknamed "LeAnn"...High School mascot was a "Viking"...Also a member of the Lady Rams softball team.
