Second Day Of Bowling Competition Contnues To Be Dominated By WSSU

November 17, 2003

Durham, NC - The Winston-Salem State University Lady Rams Bowling team defeated Elizabeth City State University on Monday morning at the AMF Durham Lanes by the score of 781-742 to remain undefeated in CIAA Bowling Championship Tournament play.

The Lady Rams, seated first in the Western Division defeated ECSU the Eastern Division top seed in what many people feel will be a finals preview. The Lady Rams improve to 6-0 while the Lady Vikings fall to 5-1.

WSSU was led by Janelle Lewis who rolled a 193 high game.
