Salisbury, NC - The Winston-Salem State University Lady Rams bowling team posted an overall record of 6-9 on the weekend in CIAA Western Division bowling action from Salisbury, NC en route to a sixth place finish at the Livingstone College Bowling Invitational.

The Lady Rams started day one with a 3-2 record as they split with host-team Livingstone College (690-768 and 850-712) swept Johnson C. Smith (746-587 and 831-651) and lost to Saint Augustine's College 616-757.

The second day of competition would get no easier as the Lady Rams posted a 1-4 overall record as WSSU defeated only North Carolina Central University by the score of 714-689 as the Lady Rams fell in defeat to the Lady Eagles, Lady Falcons and Lady Broncos.

Baker Match action on Sunday saw WSSU post a 2-3 overall record as they handed losses to Johnson C. Smith and Saint Augustine's College.

With the 6-9 weekend record, the Lady Rams move their overall season record to 31-32 and return to action on November 6, 2005 at the CIAA Women's Bowling Championships in Durham, NC.
