Norfolk, VA - The Winston-Salem State University Lady Rams bowling team finished up the second day of a two-day bowling event on Sunday afternoon by posting their second straight 2-3 day as they faced off against some of the best teams in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference from Norfolk, VA.

The Lady Rams posted a 2-3 record on Saturday afternoon as they earned a pair of wins by defeating Florida A&M 767-707 and the host team Norfolk State 805-605. 

WSSU fell in defeat to Bethune Cookman (909-780), South Carolina State (722-708) and North Carolina A&T (976-701) en route to posting the 2-3 record, one match below .500.

Sunday's activities again saw the Lady Rams post a 2-3 record as WSSU turned in a successful day in the Baker Match portion of the tournament.  WSSU would again defeat Florida A&M and Norfolk State and would again fall in defeat to N.C. A&T, South Carolina State and Bethune Cookman.

With the results of the weekend, the Lady Rams move their season record to 40-42 overall.
