PRINCESS ANNE, MD - The Winston-Salem State University Lady Rams bowling team posted a winless record on Sunday as they dropped five Baker Matches in final-day action from the University of Maryland-Eastern Shore Lady Hawk Bowling Classic.

In five four-game Baker Matches, the Lady Rams won only two of 20 total games as they posted an 0-5 match record on the day to post a cumulative 0-10 record on the weekend.

The Lady Rams started the day with a 3-1 loss to Howard University by the total pinfall score of 595-392.  WSSU followed the loss up with a 614-389 loss to Morgan State as the Lady Rams again recorded only one game win. 

The remainder of the day was not as kind to WSSU as the Lady Rams would go winless for the final three matches of the day as WSSU fell to Hampton 4-0 (627-523), Adelphi 4-0 (536-523) and Farleigh Dickinson 4-0 (682-472).

The losses drop the Lady Rams to 0-20 on the season.  Winston-Salem State returns to action on Saturday and Sunday, December 2-3, 2006 as they participate in the MEAC Southern Division Bowling Invitational in Greensboro, NC.
