2004: The 2004 season marked the second consecutive season that Ferguson has been a member of the Lady Rams' softball team...Appeared in 26 games for WSSU, starting 22...Registered a batting average of .217 as she tallied 13 hits in 60 at-bats with nine walks and a team-high 18 strike-outs...Recorded three extra-base hits as she tallied a lone triple and a pair of doubles en route to batting in 12 runs...Was successful in her only stolen base attempt on the season (1.00)...Recorded 14 put-outs and one assist as well as committing one error for a fielding percentage of .938...Named the WSSU Softball Most Improved Player...Named the recipient of the 2004 WSSU Chancellor's Cup Award that is presented to the WSSU student-athlete with the highest GPA and two-years of varsity athletic service as she registered a 3.980 GPA while majoring in molecular biology...Named to the CIAA Commissioner's All-Academic Second-Team.
