Final Stats

LAWRENCEVILLE, VA - The Lady Rams softball team earned their fourth consecutive win of the season as Winston-Salem State University earned a 12-8 victory over Saint Paul's College en route to remaining perfect at 4-0 in the CIAA in the process.

The Lady Rams, who defeated the Lady Tigers 17-1 only two hours earlier, easily won a 12-8 decision as starting pitcher Elyon Taylor earned her third win of the season.

Taylor moves to 3-2 overall and 2-0 in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association with the win.  The victory moves the Lady Rams to 6-9 overall and 4-0 in the CIAA.

WSSU returns to action at 1:00 pm on March 14, 2006 as they play host to the Lady Falcons of Saint Augustine's College at Southpark Field in Winston-Salem, NC.
