Unplayable Filed Conditions Forces Softball Postponement

Lady Rams And Lady Blue Bears Will Face Each Other On Monday, April 4th

Winston-Salem, NC - The Winston-Salem State University Office of Sports Information announced on Saturday morning that the pair of softball games between the Lady Rams and Livingstone College that were supposed to take place starting at 11:00 AM have been postponed due to unplayable field conditions.

Heavy rains over the past week have made the Lady Rams' home venues of Civitan Park and Southpark Field unplayable and have thereby forced the postponement of the pair of contests.

WSSU Head softball coach LaTaya Hilliard-Gray has confirmed that the games have been rescheduled for Monday, April 4th, 2005 beginning at 11:00 AM.
