Final Stats

CONWAY, SC - The Winston-Salem State University women's tennis team fell in defeat to the Chanticleers of Coastal Carolina University on Saturday afternoon in Conway, South Carolina as the Lady Rams were swept in every match.

The Lady Rams were swept in every match as only Amanda Walker at second singles and Carmen Davis at third singles recorded points in the contest.

Winston-Salem State University was held without a point at first, fourth, fifth and sixth singles and in both doubles matches that were contested.

The loss drops the Lady Rams to 0-3 on the season while Coastal Carolina improves to 3-0 with the win.

WSSU returns to action on Sunday, February 12, 2007 at 1:00 pm as they play host to the Mountaineers of Appalachian State University at the WSSU Tennis Complex.
