Final Stats

ORANGEBURG, SC - All good things must come to an end, and end is exactly what happened to the WSSU women's tennis win streak on Saturday afternoon in Orangeburg, SC as the Wildcats of Bethune-Cookman College cruised to a 7-0 victory over WSSU in non-conference women's tennis action from the campus of South Carolina State University.

The Lady Rams, fresh off of their first win of the season a day prior were no match for the Wildcats as WSSU was swept in all six singles matches and all three doubles contests en route to the 7-0 loss.

The loss drops the Lady Rams to 1-8 on the season as Bethune-Cookman College moves to 8-1 overall with the victory.  WSSU returns to action at 2:00 pm on March 9, 2007 when they face the Bears of Morgan State University.
