Winston-Salem, NC - The Winston-Salem State University women's tennis team ran into the juggernaut that is the Lady Golden Bulls of Johnson C. Smith University on Friday afternoon as they fell in defeat to one of the CIAA's most talented women's tennis program by the score of 7-2 at the WSSU Tennis Complex in Winston-Salem, NC.
The Rams would record only two points in the contest as WSSU earned singles points at the third and sixth singles flights.
The two teams will return to action at 3:00 PM when they square off for the second, and final, match of the afternoon.
