Winston-Salem, NC - The Winston-Salem State University Lady Rams tennis team continued their recent hot streak as they defeated the Lady Falcons of St. Augustine's College by the score of 5-2 in the first of two CIAA tennis matches at the WSSU Tennis Complex on Saturday afternoon.
The Lady Rams won all but two of the singles matches and then emerged victorious at first doubles to seal the victory.
With the win, WSSU improves to .500 at 5-5 on the season. The two teams will return to action at 2:00 pm when they square off against one another for the final of two matches of the CIAA league doubleheader.
