Final Stats

WINSTON-SALEM, NC - The Winston-Salem State Lady Rams fell in defeat to the North Carolina Central University Lady Eagles by the score of 6-3 in the first match of a CIAA women's tennis doubleheader on Thursday afternoon at the WSSU tennis complex.

The two teams split the three singles matches in the contest as they headed to doubles action tied at three points each.

However, the Lady Eagles swept the doubles matches en route to the 6-3 win.  With the loss, the Lady Rams fall to 6-8 overall and 5-7 in the CIAA while the Lady Eagles improve to 5-7 overall and 5-5 in the CIAA.
