GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Winston-Salem State University women's tennis team dropped their second match of the season on Sunday afternoon as they fell in defeat to the Spartans of UNC-Greensboro by the score of 7-0 to fall to 0-2 on the season. Story.

ELON, N.C. - The Winston-Salem State University women's tennis team dropped their season-opener on Saturday morning in Elon, N.C. as the Phoenix of Elon swept the Lady Rams 7-0 on the clay courts at the Olde Forest Racquet Club. Story.

Weather Forces Cancellation For WSSU Women's Tennis

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - A recent trend of poor weather and current forecasts that predict heavy snowfall and freezing rain over the central and western part of North Carolina has once again forced the start of the Winston-Salem State University women's tennis season to be postponed. The Lady Rams' match at Gardner-Webb, slated for Feb. 5 has been postponed as announced by WSSU head tennis coach Charlie Schoderbek late Friday afternoon. Story.
