GENEVA, OH – The Winston-Salem State University Rams women’s track & field team had one of its most impressive performances of the season when the team took first place in the 2016 SPIRE Team Challenge, hosted by the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio. As a team, the Rams totaled 151 points to claim first place in the meet. West Virginia Wesleyan was the only other school to reach 100 points in the meet as they totaled 102 points to place second at the meet.[read more]

GENEVA, OHIO – The Winston-Salem State University Rams indoor track & field team continued their 2016 season with a trip to Geneva, Ohio to take part in the 2016 SPIRE Team Challenge hosted by the SPIRE institute. Though the Rams did not compete in many of the opening day event, the team made its mark when the Rams women’s distance medley relay took first place in the event.[read more]
