February 28, 2017 Six Rams Named to 2017 USTFCCCA All-Region Team NEW ORLEANS, LA – After a successful 2017 season, the honors started coming in for the Winston-Salem State Rams women’s indoor track & field team with six team members earning spots on the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region Team. The Rams earned the honors after finishing among the top five individuals and the top three relay teams in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region this season.
February 28, 2017 Hampton Selected for 2017 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field National Championships INDIANAPOLIS, IN – The work isn’t done yet for Winston-Salem State senior sprinter Ty-Leah Hampton as she was selected to compete in the 2017 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field National Championships. She will be one of 270 competitors selected to compete for the highest stakes in the nation.
February 13, 2017 Rams Take Second Place at 2017 CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships LYNCHBURG, VA – The Winston-Salem State University Rams women’s indoor track & field team continued a successful season with a runners-up performance at the 2017 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women’s Indoor Track & Field Championship Meet. The Rams totaled 142 points to place second at the meet.
February 12, 2017 Rams in First Place After Day One of CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships LYNCHBURG, VA – The Winston-Salem State Rams women’s track & field team ended the day in familiar territory, Sunday as the team ended day one of the 2017 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women’s Indoor Track & Field Championships. The Rams totaled 46 team points to take first place at the end of day one of the meet.
February 4, 2017 Rams Close Camel City Invitational With Solid Performances WINSTON-SALEM, NC – The Winston-Salem State Rams finished the Camel City Invitational with several quality performances, Saturday. Competing in front of a home crowd at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C., the Rams stepped up with several quality performances at the meet.
February 3, 2017 Rams Open Camel City Invitational with Strong Performances WINSTON-SALEM, NC – The Winston-Salem State Rams got a great weekend started with some strong performances on the opening day of the 2017 Camel City Invitational, Friday afternoon. The Rams set the stage with some solid performances against some top competition at the meet.

Cheerleading Camp

WSSU Head Cheerleading Coach, Eboni Graham, welcomes all aspiring cheerleaders 4-17 years of age to the campus of Winston-Salem State University for the WSSU Cheer Explosion Camp June 20-24 at the Donald J. Reaves Center. The five-day camp will take place from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., featuring members of the Powerhouse of Red and White and 2nd year WSSU alum, Coach Graham.

WSSU 7-ON-7 Football Camp

WSSU Head Football Coach, Kienus Boulware, welcomes all High School Football teams to Winston-Salem State University for the WSSU 7-on-7 Football Camp on June 21st. All camps are non-contact. Registration will begin at 9:00 AM in the Field House. Teams will be guaranteed 4 games, lunch, a camp t-shirt. Space is limited due to fields, please register and reserve your teams space now. WSSU Prospect Football Camp

WSSU Head Football Coach, Kienus Boulware, welcomes all prospects in grades 9-12 (as of Fall 2017) to Winston-Salem State University for the WSSU Prospect Camp on July 12th . High School graduates may not participate. All camps are non-contact. Campers will benefit from both individual and team instruction. Fundamental skills will be taught and there will also be some individual and team competition.

Men's Basketball Camp

The WSSU Men's Basketball Program will hold an Individual Camp, June 19th through June 21st. Second grade through Fifth grade will attend from
9am to 12pm (Morning session). Sixth grade through Eighth grade will attend from 1pm to 4pm (Afternoon session).

The cost of the camp is Early Bird Price $85.00  Before June 1st 2017 and After June 1st 2017 Price will be $100.00.
