Personal: Carina will return to the Lady Rams in the spring of 2009...She joins the Lady Rams following a great high school career at Cape Henry Collegiate School in Chesapeake, VA...She earned four varsity letters and was named team MVP from 2005-08...She also took home the state championship in the long jump in 2007 and was a state runner-up in 2008...She also took home All-State honors in the 55m dash and in the triple jump...She is a Political Science major...She is the daughter of Miguel and Sabrina Tate.
