Complete Results

The Lady Rams 4x400m relay team had the most impressive finish of the day with a third place finish in the event. The Lady Rams posted a time of 4:05.82 in the event for the third place finish, ahead of teams from James Madison, Elon, and Richmond, among others.

Individually, the Lady Rams were solid for the entire meet with junior Wykeita Barnett posting the best individual finish of the day. She placed sixth in the 60m dash with a time of 7.85 in the event. Freshman sprinter Chantelle Bethea finished eighth in the 200m dash in a time of 26.50 while fellow freshman Allegra Seegars finished 14^th in the event with a time of 27.12. Junior Sandy Harrison finished 10^th in the 400m dash with a time of 1:00.82 in the event.

Sophomore Cynthia Grady was the only Lady Ram to place in a field event, placing 11^th in the shot put. She recorded a distance of 36'10.5" (11.24m) in the event.

The Lady Rams will wait until January before hitting the track again with the team taking part in the Carolina Classic on January 19^th in Chapel Hill, NC.
