TIGERVILLE, SC – The Winston-Salem State Lady Rams (8-21) struggled to keep the ball off the court, Saturday in a three-set loss to the Limestone (9-20) Saints. The team took the loss in a tri-match hosted by North Greenville. The Lady Rams struggled in the match with 10 receiving errors along with 19 attack errors.
As a team, the Lady Rams managed 24 kills in the match with four service aces. WSSU senior middle blocker De Ann Smith led the way for the Lady Rams with eight kills and two blocks (one solo). Junior libero Katelyn Sigala added a team-high 10 digs in the match while junior hitter Avoni Seymour added nine digs.
