2009: There was little sophomore slump for Jasmine who finished the season ranked second on the team in total blocks...As a sophomore, she saw time in all 36 matches and 102 total sets...She improved in nearly every category with 91 kills and 18 service aces...She was also one of the team's top defensive players with 73 total blocks and 64 digs...Her best offensive match of the season came against North Carolina A&T when she recorded a season-best eight kills...She was a staunch defender against Hampton when she recorded six blocks....She repeated the feat at Delaware State.
2008: Jasmine made an immediate impact on the Lady Rams, seeing time in 102 sets, the most on the team...She finished the season as the team's leader in total blocks (57)...She also added 82 kills with a .046 attack percentage...She added 10 assists with 34 digs...Her best effort of the season came against St. Augustine's when she recorded a career-high eight kills...She repeated the effort with eight kills vs. North Carolina A&T...She had a career-high five blocks each in two matches against St. Augustine's, once in Winston-Salem, NC and once in Raleigh, NC...She was recognized as the team's top Rookie following the season.
Personal: Jasmine joins the Lady Rams this fall and will look to give the team some much needed depth in the middle...She is a native of Orangeburg, Va. and is a 2008 graduate of Chancellor High School...She earned four varsity letters in volleyball, playing for the Chargers under head coach Rod Crooks...She was named team Most Improved Player in 2004...An Economics major and is the daughter of George and Deborah Frazier...Born on January 16, 1990.
