Valentina Pushkina Earns All-Tournament Team Honors

Final Stats

ORANGEBURG, SC - The Lady Rams of Winston-Salem State University fell to South Carolina State University by the score of 3-0 (22-30, 24-30, 15-20) in final-round action from the South Carolina State University Spikefest Tournament in Orangeburg, SC on Saturday afternoon.

 

The host-team Lady Bulldogs never trailed in the match as they defeated WSSU for the third time this season.

 

The loss drops WSSU to 2-13 overall on the yearn and pushes WSSU's losing streak to two games.  The Lady Rams return to action at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, September 19, 2006 as they return to the court to face Gardner Webb University in non-conference volleyball action.


 

 

 

WSSU's lone highlight of the day saw Valentina Pushkina earn All-Tournament team honors.
