WSSU Finishes The 2004 CIAA Volleyball Round Up 4-2

Fayetteville, NC - The Winston-Salem State University Lady Rams' volleyball team closed out the 2004 CIAA Volleyball Round-Up with a 3-1 victory (30-18, 30-22, 31-33, 30-23) over the Lady Bears of Shaw University from Capel Arena in Fayetteville, NC on Sunday.

The Lady Rams were led by All-CIAA firs-team selections Chasity Clark and Kyra Pridgen as both WSSU hitters tallied double-digit kills. Clark recorded 14 kills in the match while Pridgen recorded 16.

In a losing effort, Shaw was led by Carletta Harrell with 16 kills.
