Final Stats

Fayetteville, NC - The Lady Rams of Winston-Salem State University closed out the weekend with a win as they recorded a 3-1 victory over the Lady Tigers of Saint Paul's College in league volleyball action from the CIAA Volleyball Round Up in Fayetteville, NC on Sunday afternoon.

The Lady Rams, who were looking to close out the three-day round up with a victory, did just that as they cruised to a 3-1 win over the Lady Tigers relegating winless SPC to their ninth loss of the 2005 season (0-9 overall, 0-5 CIAA).

WSSU fell 21-30 in the first game before cruising to three straight wins and the match victory by the scores of 30-12, 30-17 and 30-21.

Brandi Beane led the Lady Rams with 11 kills in the victory.  With the win, the Lady Rams improve to 3-15 on the season (3-6 CIAA).

WSSU returns to action at 6:00 pm on Wednesday September 21^st, 2005 when they face the Lady Golden Bulls of Johnson C. Smith University in the CIAA league volleyball action from Brayboy Gymnasium in Charlotte, NC.
