November 7, 2015 Kiplagat Places 19th at the 2015 NCAA Division II Atlantic Regionals LOCK HAVEN, PA – The Winston-Salem State University women’s cross country team ended the 2015 season in style when the team had a strong showing at the 2015 NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championship Meet, Saturday morning. With the effort, the Rams cap a great season with some strong performances against some of the top teams in the nation.

October 29, 2015 Kiplagat, Rams Run Away with 2015 CIAA Women's Cross Country Championship CARY, NC – The Winston-Salem State University Rams women’s cross country team put on a dominating effort to win its third Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women’s Cross Country Championship in the last six years. The team took the effort behind a dominating performance with five WSSU runners placing in the top 10 at the event and all six WSSU runners placing in the event’s top 20.
October 16, 2015 Rams Cross Country Has Another Great Day at Wake Forest Invitational KERNERSVILLE, NC – The Winston-Salem State University Rams men’s and women’s cross country teams had another day of strong performances when the team took part in the 2015 Wake Forest Invitational, Friday evening. Running against some of the top teams on the East Coast, including several NCAA Division I teams, the WSSU teams had some impressive showings at the event.
October 9, 2015 Rams Cross Country Dominates at Livingstone Cross Country Invitational SALISBURY, NC – The Winston-Salem State University cross country teams had some great performances on a short notice, Friday evening. The Rams men’s and women’s country teams both had some great efforts at the meet which the participated in after the cancellation of the 2015 Robert Shumake HBCU Championships last week.
September 26, 2015 Rams Have Another Great Day at 32nd Annual Greensboro Cross Country Invitational GREENSBORO, NC – The Winston-Salem State University Rams men’s and women’s cross country teams continued their strong seasons with some impressive performances at the 32nd Annual Greensboro Cross Country Invitational at Hagan Stone Park. For the second week in a row WSSU freshman Domtilla Kiplagat broke the 20-minute mark when she ran a 19:24.9 to place fourth in the women’s 5K run.
