2009: Ashley stepped up as a leader on the young Lady Rams cross country team...She had a consistent effort routinely finishing with quality times and finishes for the Lady Rams...She had her best effort of the season at the Race of Champions at the American Cross Country Festival where she completed the 5K course in 22:47...Her best placing of the season came at the 2009 UNC-Pembroke Invitational where she was 31st with a 28:52.30 in the 6K event.

2008: Ashley had a great sophomore season for the Lady Rams...She finished 30th at the UNC-Pembroke Invitational with a 23:46.22 in the 4,828m event...Her best 5K time of the season came at the Asics/Winthrop Invitational where she placed 139th in 23:03.

2007: Ashley one of a talented group freshman to take the course for the Lady Rams in the fall of 2007...She posted a great time of 22:11.82 at the 2007 Walt Disney World Cross Country Invitational...Her best finish of the season came in Old North State Championships when she finished event in a time of 28:05.5 in the 6K race...She finished with a personal best time 21:36 at the Greensboro Invitational.

Personal: Ashley Fraser returns as a senior for the Lady Rams and will be counted upon to be a leader for the Lady Rams...A native of Bronx, NY...She earned numerous honors, including the freshman MVP in 2003-04, cross country team MVP in 2004, and the she earned the Coach's Award in 2007...She is the daughter of Clement Fraser and Cheri Weekes-Fraser.
