COACH RITSCHE ON WELLS:  “Scott gave us a boost on the pitching side of things after we struggled early on. He was an integral part of our playoff run in 2012 earning victories in the CIAA championship game and our first NCAA regional win in the history of our program. Scott has the ability to command his fastball as good as anyone in the country which can be very frustrating on opposing hitters.  Wells is a leader by example with his ability to repeat his sound mechanics consistently and allow very few free bases.”
